Diamond Sewage Treatment Plants

WPL Diamond is a reputable manufacturer of Sewage Treatment Plants with all units supplied with a 25-year tank warranty, 2 year blower warranty, and a lifetime processing warranty.
We service all types of Diamond treatment plants
Their range of sewage treatment plants caters for both domestic and commercial properties. The DMS range is suitable for properties housing 1 up to 20 people, for example, domestic homes and small businesses such as B&Bs. For larger populations, the DMC range is more robust with systems that are suitable for 21 to 55 people, including small commercial businesses, campsites, and small rural communities.

All Diamond Treatment Plants are fully tested, accredited and certified under European Standard BS EN12566-3, meet updated General Binding Rules, and Part H2 UK of building regulations. They are also designed using the British Water Code of Practice Flows and Loads to ensure the tank is correctly sized.

WPL Diamond not only provides simple and reliable operation, but they have a compact design which means minimal excavation, a range of invert depths available to allow more discharge options if required, and they are discrete with a lid that fits flush to the ground. They are also odourless due to the fact they do not require a primary settlement tank.

WPL Diamond standard tank models are supplied with a weatherproof kiosk and low-air pressure alarm beacon to alert you to any issues. There are no internal electrical or mechanical moving parts within the tank so maintenance and repair costs are minimised and there is a small air blower, which helps keep running costs low. When serviced and maintained annually and in line with manufacturer recommendations a WPL Diamond Sewage Treatment Plant is a reliable and effective solution for treating effluent from properties not connected to the main drainage system.Regular maintenance will not only provide optimum performance and prolong the life of your treatment plant, but it will also ensure everything is working properly and your treatment plant system complies with Environment Agency legislation.

Regular Maintenance of your Diamond Treatment Plant

As the owner of a sewage treatment plant you are responsible for ensuring your treatment plant is serviced annually, or in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations by a professional sewage treatment plant expert.

You will also need to make regular weekly checks of your treatment plant yourself to make sure everything is working properly. Diamond Treatment Plant Systems has a set of warning lights to alert you if there is an issue with the air blower or the water level. You should also keep an eye out for anything unusual, any bad smells, or wet patches in your garden. If you see anything you are not sure about please contact us for advice.

Another requirement for sewage treatment plants is desludging. Owners of WPL Diamond Sewage Treatment Plant can enjoy longer emptying cycles of 3-5 years. De-sludging your treatment plant should always be carried out by a professional sewage treatment plant specialist.

For WPL Diamond Systems there is a longer emptying cycle which is every 3 to 5 years. Please contact Gar Construction to book a service, and arrange for your tank to be emptied or if you are experiencing any issues with the treatment plant.
