WPL Diamond Sewage Treatment Plant Servicing

To comply with Environment Agency regulations the owner of a sewage treatment plant is responsible for ensuring the treatment plant is serviced and maintained regularly in line with the manufacturer’s specific recommendations. Generally, this is annually for most treatment plants. In order for the treatment plant to operate it will also require periodic de-sludging or emptying of the tank. For WPL Diamond Systems there is a longer emptying cycle which is every 3 to 5 years. Diamond Sewage Treatment Plant Faults

Common faults and symptoms include blocked air diffuser, blocked air hose or pipe, alarm beacon flashing, grease balls observed in the aeration chamber, noticeable odour and poor effluent quality.
